COMPANY SAFETY POLICY
Constructing buildings of various shapes and sizes is a challenging task for us all therefore we believe it is paramount that we all understand the importance of having a safe and professional workforce.
Our Safety Policy endeavors to promote and enforce working safety together. We believe it is the responsibility of our Company to do everything possible to prevent injury, both to the company’s employees and anyone likely to be affected by our operations. We also feel it is equally the duty of each Operative to exercise personal responsibility for his or her own safety, and the safety of others.
Our site specific Company Method Statement is issued on site, before work commences. All Operatives working on site sign the Method Statement to confirm they fully understand the content. Operatives are also made aware of the Company Health & Safety Policy on their induction. Weekly Health and Safety Site Reports and Tool Box Talks are also carried out on site. At this time of unprecedented issues due to the Covid-19 we have reviewed our Health & Safety documents to accommadate the risk associated with Covid-19 (see attached Covid -19 risk procedures).
Allgood Services enforce health and safety standards in all aspects of work by assessing and controlling risks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, clients and the general public. Our team all carry CSCS Cards with a wealth of practical building experience as well as full attention to Health and Safety requirements. All our Plant Operatives hold the necessary CPCS card. We are accredited to CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline that assess our performance against the industry and the client expectations.
